“ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿಗೊಬ್ಬ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ” ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನಿಂದ ಸಮರ್ಥ ಮತ್ತು ನೈತಿಕ ಆಡಳಿತ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಬೆಳೆಯಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದು ನಮ್ಮ ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲಿಕ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ.
Through the concept “One District Commissioner per Taluk,” we envision developing capable leadership from every taluk, strengthening governance at the grassroots level.
ನಾವು UPSC (IAS/IPS) ಜೊತೆ KAS, PSI, FDA, SDA, VAO, Group-C ಮುಂತಾದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಮಗ್ರ (Integrated) ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಇದು ಕೇವಲ ತರಬೇತಿ ಅಲ್ಲ —ಜನಪರ ಆಡಳಿತದ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ .
